The Last of Us Part 1 for PC was released with numerous technical issues that led to poor performance and excessive crashing. The Last of Us Part 1 is the remake of the original PS3 game, rebuilt for PS5 with improved environments, updated graphics, and modernised AI. Specifically, the companies say those updates will improve framerate, texture fidelity, and CPU optimization. The launch trailer of The Last of Us Part 1 retreads old ground covered by the 20 PlayStation hit with prettier, grittier graphics. Though it's likely we won't hear anything further until sometime in 2023 – and all we have is the single piece of concept art shown above – there should be new story beats to enjoy. Naughty Dog has been quiet about it since then, but there's at least something to look forward to if you're missing multiplayer.
